SUSIE ELMS
Practice Director, New Business
Susie’s Career in Architecture started out in 1986 at Chapple and Campbell, over time purchasing the practice in 2006. Susie has great knowledge of the construction industry and in particular her use of colours and Interior Design. Outside of work Susie enjoys travel, socializing, and tasting some fine wines. She is also very handy on the tools or with a paintbrush in hand.
JAMIE HUDSON
Architectural Designer
Jamie started at Chapple in 2008 and is responsible for Technical Design and all of the building consent processing. When Jamie is not at work, you'll find her taking part in or watching sports, and when time allows sketching portraits. As a recent homeowner, she is now learning the craft of D.I.Y
MASON HUGHES
Architectural Designer
Mason joined us in 2017 whilst studying for his New Zealand diploma in Architectural Technology. Now fully qualified Mason is really pushing the boundaries. He has a passion for all things sport, and especially talented as a representative cricketer. In his spare time, Mason enjoys spending time with family and friends.
KELLEY MEECH
Architectural Designer
Kelley joined the Chapple team in April 2022. A mid-life career change saw Kelley transition from drafting patterns to drafting buildings where she graduated with a diploma in Architectural Technology from UCOL in 2020. Kelley has recently purchased a lifestyle style property so outside of work renovations and livestock fill her time, along with her passion for all things art and craft.
TINA BELL
Practice Manager
Tina started in March 2022 and takes care of the business and administration side of things. When she’s not at work, Tina enjoys hanging out with her friends and family, sewing, and exploring our beautiful country with her husband in their campervan named Vera!
OLIVIA McKENNA
Planning Advisor
Olivia started in April 2022 and is completing her fourth and final year of her bachelor’s degree in Resource and Environmental Planning at Massey University and is responsible for the resource consent processing. Olivia has a passion for horses, and has been riding for 20 years. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
